Venue Hire

Our dance studio at 169 Ryrie Street is located in the heart of Geelong's entertainment district. Opposite Village Cinemas and the Sporting Globe.

INFORMATION:

• Main room size of 120m2 (7.5 metres x 16 metres)

• Additional studio room of 20m2 (5 metres x 4 metres)

• Toilet and Kitchenette facilities (microwave, fridge, sink, kettle and bench space)

• Air Conditioning, Heating and Natural Ventilation

• Integrated Audio and PA system

• New fit out (opened in 2019)

• Can hold around 30 occupants - with tables and chairs optional

• Fully mirrored

• Timber sprung dance floor

We hire the space for a variety of functions including:

• Ongoing and Casual Dance or Fitness Classes

• Dance rehearsals

• Community Groups

• Conferences or Meetings

• Parties and Celebrations

Please note, the studio is only accessible by a single flight of stairs - there is no lift or ramp.

HIRE FEES:

• Saturday afternoons / night: $100 per hour for casual bookings

• Off Peak Times (weekdays before 3pm): $40 per hour

• $500 refundable bond
