Welcome to all Beachside Ballroom students for their first of many monthly updates. To celebrate the merge, we’re running a competition. Simply review Ballroom Baby Torquay on Google and / or Facebook before the end of May and you will go in the running to win 2x 10 Dance Class Passes. It’s that simple.

Our 7:30 advancement classes have reverted back to their old format of paying each week (instead of paying for the whole block). However, it is still recommended to attend all blocks in the class, have ballroom dance experience and proper dance shoes. On Friday 22nd April, the 7:30pm class will start Tango (in Geelong) and on Monday 2nd May, the 7:30pm class will start Excelsior Schottische (in Torquay). We look forward to seeing some new faces!

Registrations for the next medal day will close strictly on April 30th 2022. Please register here by that date if you intend on completing a medal. Please speak to your instructor for more information. We will not be accepting any late registrations. The medal day will be held at the Geelong studio on 28th May at 2pm.

Next Event

Our next big dance is the May Awards Night, held on May 28th 2022 from 7pm at the Torquay location. The night will include all the usual social dancing, plus performances from our medal students, games and more. Tickets and info here. The theme for this ball is ‘all that glitters is gold’.
